Monday, baby!

How adorable is this photo from Reese Witherspoon's Drapper James line? My two favorites! I got to meet Jenna Bush at a  meet and greet when they were in the White House and she is even more beautiful in person.

This view and the stairwell have me rethinking a white and black staircase! And, that sweet umbrella stand.

I swear riding the Giant Slide at the fair freaked me out! I rode with Ryder and we just flew down those hills so fast I thought we would fly off. We had a blast!

The butter cow is an Ohio tradition and is housed in the Dairy Pavilion with some amazing ice cream.

After three longs weeks of zero running, I finally got the chance to run around two miles around our new neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised to find we have hills! And the newness and freshness of the morning just made the run so much better than running in the afternoon!

We had a great weekend having family over this weekend. It's so nice to be in town and have family over!

So today, I didn't want to run. I told myself to just run one mile. Moving has taken all of my headspace, and I have been overwhelmed with the kiddos. But, man, I missed it! It just makes you a different person and helps alleviate stress.

And if I'm being honest, although we have loved being here with family, moving is surreal. I keep thinking I see people I know from Richmond here. I really miss seeing our friends that lived on our street or friends at gymnastics. We lived in a great community.

So here's to new beginnings and fresh starts. Here's to freshly sharpened pencils and the beginning of fall. Because while changes are guaranteed to happen, we can be sure we are not alone. :)
